Every movie trailer answers or challenges those 2 questions. The ham-fisted rebuttal comes swiftly, however: no you don’t need to always see a movie to know it’s tank.

Do you really need to sit through a Michael Bay Transformers movie to know for sure? Tank is Tank. And Fresh…well Fresh is always Fresh. I’m down like I’m Brown for that.

Much better trailer for Umbrella Academy: Season 1 I still can’t buy Mary J. Blige as a time-travelling assassin or Ellen Page as an actor otherwise the ruckus is much improved.

Sammy Verdict: Never read the comics so let’s do this: Netflix February 15, 2019!

I’m Going To Break Your Heart  (January 25)
Raine Maida and Chantal Kreviazuk’s I’m Going To Break Your Heart a documentary about rediscovering love and each other. It’s their Metallica: Some Kind of Monster!

Sammy Verdict: I’d check this out…currently playing at a few different places.

Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile (January 25)
On the 30th anniversary of his execution Ted Bundy continues to captivate…here is Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile where Bundy is played by Zac Efron?!

Remember how good Kevin Spacey was in Se7en? “We tolerate it because it’s common, it’s trivial. We tolerate it morning, noon, and night. Well, not anymore. I’m setting the example. What I’ve done is going to be puzzled over and studied and followed…forever.” Ted Bundy…yo.

Sammy Verdict: Zac Efron though? That alone I’m out. He doesn’t have Charlize’s Monster potential.
