Bill Cunningham: On the Street: Five Decades of Iconic Photography by Bill Cunningham (Clarkson Potter; on sale September 3, 2019): Following his recent memoir Fashion Climbing keen-eyed photographer Bill Cunningham (RIP) gets a coffee table book. Sontag: Her Life and Work by Benjamin Moser (Ecco Press; Biography on sale September 17, 2019): Susan Sontag is freshtastic…they don’t make em like this anymore! If you ain’t familiar with her impressive work then you’re in luck! I cannot wait to get into this; this is a tea worthy book. #NewBookAlert for September 18, 2019.
A terrific starred review for SONTAG by @BenjaminFMoser! https://t.co/IfeLHv9X7z pic.twitter.com/5KhzSfvC7V

Permanent Record by Edward Snowden (Metropolitan Books; Politics on sale September 17, 2019): Edward Snowden’s memoir…read it in hardcover before it’s leaked to the internet. Also…remember that library FBI tracked list from Se7en….hmmm. Better take it out under John Doe…? I appreciate books like this: there is far too much noise & nonsense I can’t understand what the narrative is; please speak for yourself because often the media isn’t able to properly convey the correct narrative. #NewBookAlert for September 19, 2019.
Edward Snowden’s memoir PERMANENT RECORD will be published on September 17, 2019 by Metropolitan Books, an imprint of @HenryHolt. https://t.co/kG4BKgCaLm

Shula: The Coach of the NFL’s Greatest Generation by Mark Ribowsky (Liveright Publishing; NFL on sale August 27, 2019): A GOAT book: Don Shula had only two losing seasons in his 33-year career as a head coach in the NFL. Yo. I so wanna read this! #NewBookAlert for September 20, 2019.
'Shula: The Coach of the NFL’s Greatest Generation' by Mark Ribowsky. Biographer Ribowsky provides a hard-nosed and decidedly unromantic biography of the NFL’s winningest coach, Don Shula, who led the 1972 undefeated Miami Dolphins to a Super Bowl victory. https://t.co/McAm4XS4Tm pic.twitter.com/MjZayJ0a74
