Took Lyft while in LA and this is what happened…

Larry the Lyft driver upon learning I’m from Toronto: “I’ve seen pictures online of Toronto women. Fine as fuck! Why the fuck are you here in LA?!”

Heh. “Thanks? How are the ladies in LA?”
“Well here’s how it is.” Soon as he started with that I settled deeper into my chair. “LA girls they try to be, you know more than what they are. They’re too…ambitious.”
“Ok.”

“Now East Coast girls…we’re talking New York? I’d say they’re too…umm: “sophisticated.” Namean by sophisticated?”
“Ah…sure.”

“Southern Girls…they’ve got sass and sarcasm. Be careful with em…their souls…their souls can be dark.”
He goes quiet and still.

I dunno what the rules are…can a passenger reach out and touch their Lyft driver on their shoulder?

We’re quiet for several miles…and I’m not sure where Larry the Lyft driver went.
