Merry Christmas!

I watched Die Hard last night.

The scene that always gets me…the scene I always come back to…is pulling the glass outta his foot and saying how for all his effort he’s not being recognized.

The thing we want most is validation and the companies we work for…even our friends and family, are often stingy with validation.

I think about that when I’m pulling glass outta my feet.
