1 short meeting, cigars are already done…then Terminator Genisys…I wanna see the Arnold vs Arnold fight. Better be balls to the wall ruckus.

How did I get here? Terminator Genisys has been slowly wooing me, bit more romance and I’d give in; I can’t stay mad at you. Even acknowledging everything since Terminator 2 has been an awful crap carnival. I suspect I’m a sucker if I believe Genisys will right the franchise.

And yet with this new trailer it happened…may God have mercy on my dumb soul but I’m now 100% in:

I accept this tv ad offers the following clichés: “Come with me if you want to live” “A storm is coming” “load up.”

But then I dig the bus flip in that tv spot and the new Terminator looks vicious: hope right? Hope helps. So I’m in…right?

Wrong I’m out: who is the chick in Terminator Genisys? She’s so weak! So fired: she couldn’t lead a fat man to a buffet. Sarah Connor is rough crude and rude. But this girl looks and sounds so dumb.

It gets worse…they seem to be messing with the timeline (“like Star Trek ’09 Terminator: Genisys is going to more than likely go back in time and start to overwrite the previously existing timeline.”) so hopefully this girl eats a bullet. Or Linda Hamilton punches her in the nuts. Either or. If that happens then I’m back in…right?

Or I was until…I found out Matt Smith portrays…“the embodiment of Skynet.” What does that even mean?! Remember Sam Worthington where is that loser today? Remember when he was heralded? We sent that yokel out on the turnip truck. Get outta here with that weak garbage. I hope this isn’t Matt Smith’s fate…he remains my favourite Doctor.

I’m so confused with so many emotions no different than the movie itself: Genisys is convoluted like a senior suffering from dementia telling a story; yet it’s got powerful periodic elements I dunno if that’s enough.

Weighing the pros and cons my bottom line is I’m paying for the Arnolds fighting: that should be alright.

Director Alan Taylor is wrong about spoilers…Terminator Genisys warrants spoilers because the last 2 Terminator movies are wretched. Forewarned is Forearmed. Right on!
