Nothing provokes a rehash of criticisms I’ve received from women quite like waving my hand under a sensor tap and failing to generate water: maybe I am cold and indifferent.

I wave again and again to no avail: look at me…all selfish and focused on my needs; frustrated because we’re at this unanticipated impasse: how did we get here with all these broken expectations?

Thankfully when the flood finally happens it’s hot and washes everything away.
