This is all kinds of amazing…yet utterly racist but so cool!

They conducted ESP experiments on Canadian Indian kids in the 1940s! See…amazing and totally racist.

MKUltra, eh? Experimenting on kids (for ESP) seems more of an American-X-Files kinda thing. It’s startlingly Canada participated in this program.
